Sigmoid Spline Experiment
A PyTorch experiment on vanishing gradients. I compare a spline-modified sigmoid with ReLU and sigmoid, exploring what happens when deep networks learn.

About me
I enjoy exploring ideas and understanding the connections behind them. When a problem gets complex, I break it into manageable parts and work towards a solution step by step. My projects give me room to try things out, measure results and learn from what does not work.
My studies in Computer Visualistics and Design gave me a broad technical foundation. I am especially interested in projects where software development, data and AI come together.
Beyond application code, I also work with Linux and Docker in my own homelab. It gives me room to learn about deploying services, monitoring and backups.
